HP you need to work on setting up the config software to look for the path to the computer, then "guiding the user" to the folder he wants to use. I noticed today that new firmare was available and it stated it would "improve" Scan to Network Folder for several versions of OS 10. I have been trying to set it up for a year without using SMBUp. This works with SMBUp on but not when it is off. Turned it off and received "Connection Failed". After trying all configurations of the Network Path, which didn't work and receiveing several different reasons for not connecting, I turn on SMBUp and it worked. In the past I have used SMBUp add on software to scan to folder with the older firmware. Trying to set up" Scan to network folder" and keep receiving "Connection Failed".
